It says: "The site is Ray Ban Sale $19.99 on the outskirts of Stanwix with the Kingmoor Nature Reserve located directly to the west and residential to the south and east. Access is from Kingmoor Road, which in turn connects directly with the Carlisle Northern Development Route."

It adds that the land is included in Carlisle City Council's local plan as suitable for the development of 60 houses.

A masterplan has been drawn up showing what such a development could look like, although it would be up to the Ray Ban Sale $19.99 developer to apply for and secure formal planning permission in due course.

Edwin Thompson is marketing the site as being easily accessible from the motorway, as well as being close to local schools, the Kingstown retail and industrial estates, and Asda superstore.

The site is one of a number that have been earmarked for development as part of a predicted housing boom in the city.

In Carlisle alone there are currently about 3,000 homes with planning permission that are yet to be developed.

And across north and west Cumbria, councils expect more than 20,000 houses will be built over the next 15 years.

In Carlisle, a new local plan has been drawn up to influence where these new estates should be. They include a large chunk of land to the west of Carlisle, between Morton and Peter Lane, land near the Carleton Clinic in the south east and parts of north Carlisle.

And last week Carlisle City Council revealed plans to create a 10 year programme of Ray Ban Wayfarer 90% OFF house building to help tackle an existing shortage of homes. As part of a four year asset disposal project, the council identified about 10 pieces of land it could sell to increase housing stock.

Councillor Les Tickner, who is responsible for finance, governance and resources, said they are working with social landlords to put packages together.

The identified development sites include California Road in Belah and others closer to the city centre.
